Just a reminder that although the city doesn't have many right of ways on all city streets, the city does own the ditches and if anyone blocks these ditches or culverts they will be fully prosecuted by the law. With that being said most of the property sold by my family has a right of way donated by us to the city. Just a warning some people are stopping up culverts and we intend to deal with these people. If anyone blocks ditches and culverts they will also be liable for damages the city has to do to correct these problems. It is against the law to alter waters of the State.
