The areas that were de annexed in Saltillo 03/04/2025 are as follows:

The Half Moon Resort, which will be the original Brent Lay and Don Buckinham property on Doe Creek. 

Also the original Frank Beard property that was developed from the old Ferry landing to Camp Site  

Also all the properties east of Dorthy Ann Campsite road next to the Tennessee River, this will take out all city roads at Dorthy Ann Campsite 

Thanks to a good working board with good sound financial thinking we have accomplished doing away with this financial burden  

To resurface two lane roads now run about $150,000.00 per mile and we just took out well over two miles of roads, which is a savings of over $300,000.00 to the city
