There have already been some communications with me and emergency personnel about our possible flooding problems upcoming. We have been through this many many times in my life with the highest flood during my lifetime was in 1973. If you build in a floodplain you get flooded no way around it. Our biggest problem has always been TVA dumping and holding water on us. Hopefully they are doing a better job now, we will see. Below pickwick and above the Mississippi River we always suffer much. Please get your stuff out before the river floods the roads to get to your property. Anyone needing help let the emergency personnel know of your situation, thank you.      Mayor David Willis
