The eminent domain case against Mrs Fran Bailey has been dropped and is over, papers signed. We will also be giving some other property that the city stole back to the rightful owner. You people that believe in taking someone's property in Saltillo just are out of luck it's over and done with so just move on. Also we soon will be getting some people out of the city limits in which most of them want to be taken out. And property and roads with no residents. Next annexation will not be that easy, now the majority of the people  in the areas have to agree to it to be taken in. Also we will be looking at properties in the flood zone being took out later. It's $150,000.00 per mile to asphalt these roads and it's totally not affordable. Getting the job done that you people asked to be done before the election.
